    Is done by hand. When you are churning the churn dash is going up and down and when the churning is done they put the churn dash around to gather the butter.
    When the people are churning they will joy let out a thing out of the house. They know when the butter is made when it does come to the top of the milk. When the people are going to churn they put a coal out of the fire under the churn.
