    He went to the stable where Our Lord lay and he offered them the apples. The Blessed Virgin and St. Joseph were very glad to get the apples because they had no food.
    God was so pleased with the grainneog that He told him to come and live in Heaven with Him. But the grainneog said, "Is fearr liom mo theachín féin ná aon teach eile."
    That is why the grainneog has his own (the same) coat always.
