Marsh Mallow cures sprains swellings or bruises. Boil a bunch of it for two or three hours and bath the swelling for half an hour with the water.
Water Rua
Water Rua is a cure for anyone suffering from the kidneys a small portion of it eaten raw each day for about a month.
Bog Sorrel
