  1. To make bocstí you first wash and peel potatoes. You then scrape them into a soft pulp on a potato scraper. Having this done you squeeze the water out of them and what remains, after the water is taken out, you mix with flour and butter-milk and a little baking soda. When all this is completed you bake the bocstí on a greased pan.
