- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)met a man who was going to a field to steal a wether. The former told the latter where he was going and both agreed the would meet on their way home to see how each other succeeded.
During the time the man was in the graveyard a boy happened to pass and when he heard the man digging he thought it was a ghost and he ran to the nearest house where a cripple was living. When he told what he had seen the cripple asked if he had spoken to the ghost and the boy replied that he had not. Then the cripple said if he had been there he would have spoken. The boy then told the cripple to get on his back and he would carry him to the graveyard. As they were going in the gate they met the man with the blankets. The man thought the boy with the cripple was the man with the wether and he called "Is he fat". The boy got afraid and he dropped the cripple and cried "There he is to you fat or this"(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
