- Knock Magh
There is a big hill situated in the village of Caltra, Caherlistrane, Co. Galway called Knock Magh. It is so called because Maeve lived on its summit long ago. The word Meadha means Maeve.
Other people sometimes call it Cnoc na Sidheóg because the old people say that fairies live on the top of it.
