There was another family named Morgans evicted in this village also. There wasthree in the family along with the father and the mother. This family also went to America. They had a friend a priest near Barnaderg and he came to the house all the timeof the evictionand he gave the family the fare to go to America. He said before all the people present that the sheriff would never evict another family. Just then the sheriff fell thorugh the roof and he never recovered from the hurt he got. These lives were the only families evicted in the village of Carrowntanlis.
