Ar an leathanach seo
- There are various birds namely the Robin, Wagtail, Swallow, Curlew, Starling, and Blackbird.
The robin builds her nest in a white thorn hedge. Her nest is composed of moss and hair. The robin if the day is going to be good she sings on the top of the branch, but if it be wet she keeps at the stem of the tree.
I never yet saw a wagtail in Summer but she is always happing around the door in winter.
The swallow is a migratory bird. When bad weather is near she flies near to the ground. She builds her nest in out houses and river banks. Before they go away you can see them on the telegraph wires a week or so before they go.
The burlew cries when rain is near. She generally cries(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
