    Then the manty makers - the dressmakers. The dresses had so many flounces - deep flounces at the bottom, and flounces up to waist, getting gradually smaller, as they neared waist - that the manty-makers was no easy job.
    P.S. Of course every man nearly could make potato baskets - creels and pardóg's.
