    O Rourke at once saw the Perceval was looking for an excuse and rather than let him get away with it as well as being so blood thirsty for him he immediately drew a brace of pistols and drew a line across the road saying "The first man crossing that I'll shoot him dead thats final." The two partied now drove at a gallop on by Achonry Chapel and when nearing Chaffpool gate the suddenly halted, got into a field and the fourteen paces tossed for choice O Rourke won and got his back in the sun.
