  2. Once upon a time two giants were fighting and one Giant lived in Geevagh and the other Giant lived in Ballinafad flung a big rock at the Giant in Geevagh and it stuck in the side of a big hill in Ballycoleman and ever since it is called the rock field.
    There was another Giant called Balor of the evil eye.
    He was killed by Ludagh Lamh Fada who was another great Giant at the battle of
