  1. About a half mile from my district there are holy wells. These wells are situated in big cairns of stones.
    Long ago there was a great battle fought there round one of these wells and that is why the town land is called Battlefields. Also round one of these big cairns of stones there are rushes and these rushes never get green on account of all the blood that was shed in the churches where these holy wells are.
