- The Cooper of the district was James Marron. He made barrels, tubs and churns. The cooper of the district now is a man the name of McPhillips. His trade is making, and mending barrels, and tubs also.
- Fire-Cranes were made by the Blacksmith long ago. All the people had them in their houses then, and some of the still exist. They are stuck down in a hole in the floor, near the fire. There are crooks hanging on(continues on next page)
