Some of them are good layers and others not so good. Chickens are not so hard to rear as turkeys. When you want the hens to come for their food you call "Chuck Chuck, Chuck." Young turkeys are harder to rear than any other fowl because they are weak. When you want them to come for their food you call, "P, P, P,". The turkeys grow up very strong and big.
