- John Holland is a great stone thrower. He won first prize every year at throwing the half cut hammer at the sports in Lord Devessy's. One day he was crossing a field where there was a whole lot of bullocks. The owner of the bullocks was out this day and he told Holland to catch the bullock by the tail. When he caught the bullock it started to run and he pulled the tail out of it.
