AmenThe following prayer was said from the 30th of November to Christmas, to give some petition or other,
Hail and blessed be the hour and moment
In which the son of God was born,
Of the most pure Virgin Mary,
At midnight in Bethlehem through piercing cold,
In that hour vouchsafe,
"Oh my God to hear my prayer and grant my petition through Jesus Christ Our Lord
