They stuck the head on their masters body with it. They woke him up. he asked them where was the lady or what happened. They said they did not know that hey were all asleep. The man said very well, it can't be helped.They travelled on for a long time. After a year they came into the same city again. It was all excitement . He went into a house and took his lodgings. The stranger asked the man of the house what was all this excitement about. The man told him all about it and how the solider killed the worm and that he would get married to the Kings daughter tomorrow. The stranger sent his animals to the Kings palace for he knew the princess(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
