There is another old story told of a man who saw a light in a fort and he went up to it and shouted at it and had a field of potatoes and when he went to the pit the potatoes were rotten. The man's name was Michael Boylan. It is told that Francis O Connor of Greaghnaroog was ploughing in the field be side the fort and the strap of the hames broke and he went out into the fort and took a stick out of it and put it in the hames and the horse would not move and he took it and threw it back and the horse went on.
In the townland of Drumgowna there is a fort known as Lís Cowan An Óir. In this fort there is supposed to be a barrel of sovereigns hidden and a cat minding(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
