- At Clonenagh graveyard an ash tree grows at the side of the public road, About seven feet from the trunk of the tree a well is to be found which even on the hottest day in Summer is full of water which is very cold. It is used as a cure for warts.
Several people were cured there and ribbons may be noticed hanging out of the tree having been placed there by those who have been cured.- Collector
