  2. Long ago there was a King whose name was Uther. When he died all the other king's and princes were fighting about which of them would be king next. King Uther had a son whose mane was Arthur. None of the people knew about him because an old man named Merlin took him away when he was a baby. He left him with another king who the boy thought was his father.
