- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)fort, big and luminous as the headlights of a powerful car. Sometimes they are seen for an hour at a stretch and then they suddenly disappear. One young woman, Mrs. Margaret Costello, Creggane, swears that often, and at times even in daylight she hears music in the vicinity of the fort and of the underground passage before deferred to.
She says the music is in the air, not underground. On one occasion when the music started her dog, which accompanied her, raised its head as if trying to locate from whence the sound came. Then he continued for some minutes to throw springs into the air in the direction of the sound.
