In nineteen twenty three a house the property of a man names James Grady Rinnegan parish of St Johns Lecarrow Roscommon. It was burned on the 15th of March. James Grady was after coming in from ploughing and was eating his supper, when a spark that came out of the chimney set the thatch on fire. A lot of people rushed to save it but they could not. There was nothing left but the four walls. The furniture was saved.
