- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)heard. Immediately the little black and white dog ran out and seizing hold of the man who walked behind the cart, he clutched him by the shoulder and led him backwards. The man walked on unconscious of where he went. he passed houses he had often passed before but could not recognise any of them. Meanwhile the dog jumped and barked fiercely on his shoulders. After walking like this for about an hour the man was suddenly brought to a standstill. The dog jumped from his shoulders and what was the mans surprise to see him steal into a lonely valley which lay in the neighbouring field, now in the form of a man.
