- HIDDEN TREASUREIt is said a king is buried on top of a quarry in Walshestown. There is a flat stone on the mound of earth and stones and it is covered with moss. Nobody ever interfered with it because lights were seen there many times. It is said all the king’s treasures were buried with him. It is said the king’s crown is buried with him and a chieftain who rides a white horse is seen guarding the grave.
