  1. John Brien the present gardener and Mrs Brien went down to the castle to see if the barrel was full because the roof up stairs was leaking. They went to empty the barrel. They came out locked the door and went down into the kitchen. They were waiting until the rain stopped. As they were waiting they heard the creaking of shoes coming down the stairs. They saw a girl coming to wards them. They ran out of the castle and went home.
