    Our Holy Wells
    There are seven wells in this parish connected with St. Pecaun, one special one being in Mr Bourke's field in the townland of Kilmoyler, in the Barony of Clanwilliam, at the bottom of the Galtee Mountains with a few very old white thorn trees growing beside it. There is a 'pattern' held there on the 1st of August and from the 1st to the 9th of August rounds are performed there and many prayers said at different place.
    First go around the church five times, saying five Our Fathers, five Hail Marys, and a Gloria, each time going around the church. Then go down to a few ancient stones a few yards from the church, and say a few prayers
