    Frank Guare was another celebrated tramp. One day he met a man named Cahill a very swarthy kind of fellow, who always seemed dirty. Frank asked him if any of his people were ever drowned. Cahill said no, then Frank said why are you so much afraid of the water that you would not wash your face.
