He had an office in Warrenpoint on the pier head. Then they made new arrangements and the people had to pay the rents every January. They had to pay it in the office. Nathaniel Atkins father had the job before him. If the people did not pay it on the time that he was allowed for that he would come to the house and sieze on everything
