    it in the churn. There is a little window on the lid of the churn. When the churning is finished we can see the butter on the window. We gather the butter into one lump with the dash. Some times it takes half an hour to churn and other times it takes an hour.
    If butter has been taken from the milk you have to go to the person you think brought it. There is a person living in Leitrim, and the butter was taken on him. They went to the well nine times, and put a red iron in the fire. Then they milked nine drops of milk from the cows in the name of the devil. The next day
