   In frosty weather when there is a ring round the moon it is a sign of snow.
   When we see a falling star, it is the sign of rain.
   A rainbow in the morning is the sign of bad weather.
   A rainbow in the evening is the sign of good weather.
   The East wind is a cold wind which brings most rain to my district.
   The South wind carries diseases to us.
   In Summer when it is hot and heavy, it is the sign of a thunderstorm and when we hear the curlew cry it is a sign of rain.
   When the swallows fly low it is the sign of bad weather and when they fly high it is the sign of good weather.
   When the cat sits with his back to the fire, it is the sign of rain.
   Goats grazing on a hill will run for shelter when a storm is coming.
   The sky has a very watery colour, the hills seem nearer and the dust is whirling on the roadside when rain is approaching. The waterfall is noisy when rain is also approaching.
   Midges are very active and flies annoy cattle very much when rain is coming.
   When the smoke rises from the chimney and goes up straight into the air,it is the sign of good weather.
