    Told by Tomas Cumaskey aged 53 years Dungimmon, Mount Nugent, Co. Cavan.
    In the year 1894 there was a very serious burning in Dungimmon. Owen Coyle's dwelling house was burnt by accident. During the burning some neighbours saw a ghost running across the field out of a the burning house.
    In the evening towards six o clock some children were playing about twenty perches away from the burning house. When they saw the smoke inside those children were brought to Cavan Court to give evidence and the owner of the house got a large
