  1. A Fairy Fort
Told by Michael Muldoon age 88 years
    Moate Oldcastle, Co. Meath.
There was a haunted Fort in Ballinacree about forty years ago. Some men went to take clay of it to put out on topdressing in another field and when the men emptied the cart they had filled with clay from the fort the clay still remained in the cart. So they took their shovels and went home. One of the men went to bed and never left it till he died.
