Ar an leathanach seo
- There are three forges at least in the parish of Castletown. The forge which I am about to describe is owned by Mick Connell. This forge is situated in the townland of Adamstown about a mile from the village of Castletown Geo. This forge is situated on the roadside.
The roof of the forge is made of wood and covered with felt. There is a large door on the entrance to the forge. There is one fireplace in this forge. This man puts shoes on horses and asses. He also makes harrows, grubbers, grates, gates and tongs.
The following is a list of tools used by the blacksmith : - the bellows, the sledge-hammer(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
