Whoever gets the nut is going to be lucky whoever gets the ring is going to be married and whoever gets the doll is going to be a nurse. On little Christmas all the people light small coloured candles and which ever candle dies out first that person will die first.
We call Chalk Sunday "Puss Sunday" in our district and people say that all the girls put up their puss because they did not get married.
On Easter Sunday the people got up to see the Sun rising and they say that the sun goes around(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
