  1. There are many wild birds in this district. Some of them are the sparrow, swallow, wren, wag-tail, yellow hammer, bull-finch, corn crake, wood-quests, crow, blackbird, pigeon, stone-chatter, robin, wild-duck, water-hen, sea-gull, woodcock, jack-daw, philipine, green plover, grey plover, pheasant, cat owl, hawk, thrush, partridge, mag-pie, snipe, lark, grouse, and chaff finch.
Some birds migrate from country to country. But the cuckoo comes to this country only in summer. And she goes to a warmer country afterwards. Many birds build their nests in bushes and ditches, the eggs of many of the birds are spotted. Some of the birds take a month to hatch the eggs and more only take three weeks. This swallow builds her nest in the houses or under the eves of the houses. The stone chatter builds in the stones, and the water hen builds in the rushes in the bog. Crows always build their nest in trees from sticks.
