  1. Marriage can be celebrated any time except from Ash Wednesday to Trinity Sunday. People never get married on Shrove Tuesday. The lucky month is June and the luck days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to get married. Matches are made in every district at the present day.
    Money is given as dowry or in other cases cows or horses are given. People never remember marriages taking place in the houses. Marriage was always celebrated in the church. When marriage is taking place certain personas are invited to go off some long journey. Sometimes the wedding breakfast is observed in the house of the Bride. Or often times in a hotel in some of the country towns.
    Of course the wedding is held on the wedding. In some houses the people use to have a dance. Blackmen use to visit the houses, which they do still. The use to put a viggare on their faces
