So I started of to throw down the oats again and when I had it all down I looked out and was'int my ladder gone down with the oats to the earth, all I could do was to pull two hairs out of my own whiskers and make another to get down, but this one only came halfways, and when I got that far all I could do was to jump so I did jump, and the journey was so long that my body went down in the earth to my shoulders, I could not move, so I took off my head and sent it for my mother and grandmother and what came up after my head but a big dog so I whistled for my head to come back to me again and if my mother and grandmother did'ent hear the whistle and come running and pull me up and put on my head again.
