  1. Prayer said on going to bed :-
"I lay my body down to sleep,
I beg of God my soul to keep,
And if I die before I wake,
I pray to God my soul to take".
Prayer while dressing in the morning,
"O my God clothe my soul with a nuptial robe of charity, and grant that I may wear it pure and undefiled before Thy judgement Seat".
Prayer for a child going to sleep :-
    Infant Jesus, meek and mild,
Look on me a little child,
    Pity my simplicity
Suffer me to come to Thee,
Heart of Jesus I adore Thee,
Heart of Mary I implore Thee,
Heart of Joseph pure and just,
In these three hearts I put my trust".
