   White-legs - Because she has white spots on her legs.

   Green - so called because her mother was bought from Mr. Green, Knocknacreha, Rathgormack, Co, Waterford.

   Tough - Because she is hard to milk.

   Red-heifer - Because she is red

   Grey-heifer - Because her colour is grey

   Watty - so called because her mother was bought from Mr. Watty Hennebrym Clondonnell, Rathgormack, Co. Waterford.

   In winter we separate and make our own butter. In the summer we send our milk to the creamery and buy our butter there. We make about twelve pounds of butter every week.

   Horses - We keep two horses and they are very useful to us. They work very
