- The big wind started on the 12th night all of a sudden. It did not leave a house that it did knock except one house in Durless. All the people were in that house visiting and thats why that house was saved. How they saved it was to get big planks and put them over head on the house and put ropes hanging down and the tied big stones on the rope.
