  1. There was another man Tom Duffy who was in college to be a priest, and he could banish rats from houses. He knew as much Latin as any priest. There were people living in this gleann and the rats were eating everything in the house on them. They sent for Tom Duffy. When Tom came he got a paper and began writing Latin down on the paper, and rhyming Latin out of him. He left the paper on a wall. A big rat came
