Folklore.
When Our Lord was twelve months old Mary and Joseph brought Him to the Temple and he was lost in the temple and they journeyed one day without noticing his absence.
When evening cane they could not find him and they were overwhelmed with grief.
In the latter end of three days they found him in the temple sitting in the midst of the doctors hearing them and asking them questions.
