    Composition.
    St.Flannan is the patron saint of the diocese of Killaloe .he was born in the year 610.His fathers name was Turlough and he was chief of a district in Thomand.
    St Flannan entered a monastery and was ordained priest by St Molua.The people agreed he to be their Bishop and he went to Rome and he was made Bishop.he was an energetic worker,he was an eloquent preacher and he led an austere life.
