    knitted locally. Some thread is spun in the homes and the most of the thread is bought. There are four spinning wheels in the district.
    There are special kinds of clothes worn in the district at certain times. When a person is dead in the house the people wear black clothes. On St Patricks day the people wear green clothes. There are no special kinds of clothes worn on feast days.
