    Certain days are thought unlucky for the holding of marriage feasts. These are as follows: Monday for health, Tuesday for wealth, Wednesday the best day of all. Thursday for losses, Friday for crosses, and Saturday the worst day of all.
    The principal times in which marriages take place are before Lent and after Easter.
