  1. There was a man named Jim Moran of Coolnaha. He was a very handy man at the making of iron implements. He used to make ploughs gates nails horse shoes, fire-cranes and many other things. He used to supply all the people of the village with iron implements, and he made a lot of money at the trade.
    There was also a man named Darby Glaver of Coolnaha who was the best tailor in the County of Mayo.
