    There was once a rich man who had a lot of servants.

    There was once a rich man who had a lot of servants. On one occasion he left home on a long holiday and left his servants in charge of the house. They seemed to take things easy; because they neither cleaned the house nor washed the delph after their meals. One morning when they got up; to their surprise, they found that the house was cleaned and the floor as white as snow. They could not know who it was that did the work. There was a messenger boy in the house and one night the servants asked him to remain up in order to find out who the mysterious cleaner was. All the servants went to bed except the boy who remained up. He sat by the fire in the kitchen. Shortly
