  1. The people in olden times used to eat only three times a day. Early in the morning they used to take oat bread and butter and at dinnertime they used to eat potatoes and butter and sometimes fish Early in the evening the old people used to take oat bread and butter and milk.
    In olden times this oatmeal was ground out of corn. when the oatmeal was ground it was baked and put on a large flat stone or griddle.
