  1. Once there was a man who used only go a few Sundays to Mass, and every Sunday he went to Mass he used put a stone into the box. One day he went to see how many Sundays and Holidays he went to mass and when he looked into the box there was no stone in it at all. Then he looked about him every place but he could see no stones. The reason why this man said he would never attend Mass again was because the priest would not give him absolution for some sin. He began to go to Mass again for some and after a few Sundays he looked into the box and the stones were gone again and he said he would go to Mass no more. The
