    An ear of straw on to a hens leg gives notice that a priest is dead
    A bee in your ear is a sign of death.
    If a cock comes in the door during the day crowing, some relative is dead.
    A hen crowing is said to fortell death and the hen is immediately killed.
    If you dream about a black horse this means you will hear of a death
    A dream about white clothes means news of a relatives death.
    If a cock crows on New Years Day someone belonging to you will die before the end of the year
    If you fall in a graveyard over the grave of a friend will be the next to die.
    If you hear a bell in your right ear a man will die. A bell in your left ear signifies the death of a woman.
    When two asses bray, a tinker is dead.
    If a cock crows during the night someone in the village will die.
    If a cock crows less then nine times during the night a friend is dead. If he crows more than nine times two are dead.
    If two -- strike together this signifies
